Beginnings of Instrument Shelter (Stevenson Screen)

I've started on the instrument shelter that will house the station. According to The World Meteorological Organization ANNEX IV AIR TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY the height should never be less than 1.25m. I'm aiming to have the readings as accurate as possible and also comparable to other weather information sources.


I'll probably redo the legs at some point because it's kinda unstable, needs a wider base. Also needs slats on the inside and painted white as well.

Planar PLL2410W 24" Monitor Blinking Blue LED Repair

I've been having issues for the last year or so with these monitors failing. Seems they all mostly share a common failure mode, had one with a bad LCD driver chip. The others have it where LED blinks blue and they either flicker the backlight or just stay dark with no image. The menu will not show and it will not display anything but the computer detects the monitor. I've found in almost every one of these they have failed because of bad capacitors.
